In order to submit a request for warranty replacement, the lamp must be ordered within the product warranty period of one year from the date of purchase to be eligible for replacement. Please answer the following questions to determine eligibility.

The model number can be found on the back of your television.
A Bill of Sale must include the model number of the product purchased and the Date the product was purchased. The receipt must be from a valid Mitsubishi Dealer.
